– Our standard processing time is 24-48 hours
– All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, using ground services.
– We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
– Products are delivered during regular business days, Monday to Friday. No weekend deliveries available. An email confirmation will be sent once the product is shipped.

Our Returns Policy
- We want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any new, unopened, unworn and unwashed products.
- All returned products must be in its original packaging and has all the hangtags.
- If you need to exchange, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. You will need to pay for the shipping cost.
- Only defective product may be returned after use or without hangtags
- Full refunds will be given to defective products only. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Refunds typically appear on credit card accounts one billing cycle from the original date of purchase.
