Shipping and Exchange

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after order confirmation was received, except during holiday season. We will contact you via email if there is any delay caused by our fulfillment center. Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx ground service. Estimated delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 business days once it leaves our warehouse. Estimated delivery time excludes deliver to the state of Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO, PFO, PO boxes, rural areas and international shipping.
All shipments are bound by the shipment contract. Risk of loss and title of products pass to customers upon delivery of products to the carrier. We are not responsible for the delay in shipment due to weather or road condition nor are we responsible for the delay due to incorrect shipping method selected by customers. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for overnight shipping, express shipping or international shipping.
Please note that we do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays and all US Holidays.
USPS International Priority Mail to Major Metropolitan Cities (up to 4 lbs) : Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days
USPS International Express Mail to Major Metropolitan Cities (up to 4 lbs): Estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days
Due to hygienic reason, we will no longer accept returns. If you discovered your product(s) is (are) defective, we will be glad to replace your product(s) with the same product(s).
- Exchange only applied to defective product(s)
- Exchange will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase date.
- Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping back the product(s).
- All exchange must include the original proof of purchase or receipt from our online store along with its original tags and packaging.
- Products that were purchased through our authorized dealers or online dealers must be returned to the authorized dealers or online dealers
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost (both ways)
- All replacement products will be shipped via ground service via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- We reserve the rights to refuse any exchange
- If the event that the garments were dirty, we will charge a cleaning fee or re-stocking fee of 20%
Wash and Care Instructions
We utilize the most advanced fabric technologies. In order to maximize the benefits of your compression garments, please follow these instructions:
- Use mild soap only
- Wash only in cold water
- Hand wash or gentle cycle in washing machine
- Hang dry only, do not machine dry
- Do not use fabric softener, bleach or any other chemicals
- Do not wear garments in a chlorinated pool
