Manufacturer Warranty

All Kinetik Compression Gear products are warranted by the Manufacturer against defect in workmanship and material. See Return and Exchange Policy.

This warranty excludes:

Normal wear and tear, improper wash and care, mis-use and all natural breakdown of colors and materials over time
Damage caused by abrasive surfaces such as bag straps, velcro, rough seams, rough saddle surface
Damage caused by sunlight, bleach, chlorinated pools, fabric softeners, dry cleaners, high temperature drier or any other chemical products.
Tears, rips, burns and damages caused by improper size choice, accident and act of negligent by customers
Discounted products, clearance products and products sold on sale.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO KINETIK COMPRESSION GEAR, KINETIK SPORTSWEAR USA. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLICATION OR USE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT IN CONTRACT, IN TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE, AND THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE KINETIK COMPRESSION GEAR ON WHICH SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED.
